Learn Yoga, Meditation, Breathing, Philosophy, Balance in a friendly setting amongst beginners just like you. Ages 14 to 104. Physical concerns welcomed and expected! Hatha Yoga is not painful or awkward. Learn effectively and from compassionate teachers. Pre-registration is highly recommended and is limited. Series does not allow drop ins.What do you seek?
Schedules
Since our very beginning, our schedule has been designed completely around your needs. We welcome you to explore our current offerings and make suggestions for new session times. We are a drop in facility – and do not need to pre register for a class unless it’s a training, workshop, special event, series or private session.Â
If you have a “coupon special” from a third party please email us for redemption instructions – we cannot redeem at the studio. Purchases under $50 are cash only.
Trainings
The teachings have been passed from guru to disciple in an unbroken chain to the present day and are the mainstay of the teachings of our organization.

Our studios are within 12 minutes from each other and your pass is good for both locations including our Peace and Waterfall Garden in the summer.

The Yoga of mastery over the mind. Balance and control of the mind through ethical practices, dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).
The yoga of knowledge – not knowledge in the intellectual sense – but the direct knowing of Oneness with the Universe. Considered the most challenging path. Â
Yoga of awareness that precisely & consciously integrates a practice of breath, mudra, mantra, body locks & postures to work with the glandular system.
