Hourly Rentals

- Peace & Waterfall Garden (Private outdoor space in Bloomfield)
We offer two convenient pricing options for hourly rentals at either Bloomfield or Canandaigua.
Plan A - Percentage Rate
- Included in newsletter/website/ event board
- Deposit required / Minimum guarantee
- 40% of revenues/foot traffic to GBY
- 6-8 week lead time desired
- Renter collects payments
- Time in and time out is part of your rental time and rounded to the next hour
Plan B - Flat Rate
You maintain your revenues above rental rate
- Min 2 hours $60.($20 per hour each hour thereafter).
- Full 8 Hours $165.
- Your responsibility to collect payments/promote.
- Rent is prepaid and non-refundable once booked.
- Refundable security deposit of $50.
- Time in and time out is part of your rental time and rounded to the next hour
Hourly rentals include:
- Restroom & Supplies
- Small Fridge
- CD / iPod system
- Air Conditioning
- Tea / Coffee Maker
- Desk Use
- Up to 12 Chairs
- Wireless Internet
- Laptop Computer
- Offstreet Parking
Small Upcharges for:
- Kitchenette & Eating Area on 1st floor
- Peace & Waterfall Garden Use
- Picnic Supplies
- Yoga Prop Use
- Other Private Rooms (if available)
- Fireplace in Studio
- Shower
- Coffee / Tea Pods
- Groups Over 12
- Yoga / Meditation Services ($85-125 approx)
- Shoes are not allowed in either studio. We have a place for your clients to remove them and get comfortable!
- Proper insurance (We need to be added as "Additional insured")
- For either plan it is very important that the block of time you choose includes from the time you walk in to the time you lock up. We book back-to-back events. Due to overages in the past, we will charge an early entry/late exit fee of $25 per 30 minutes.
