Influenced by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at age 11 to pursue Raja Yoga, Sandy began numerous pilgrimages to study with swamis being a Jnana yogi at heart.
Drawing from many years of discipleship of yoga as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda, she has evolved towards an interdisciplinary appreciation and approach for the rainbow of consciousness from the view of the mutli-dimensional Self.
For this 25 hour presentation, it was her advanced assist training with Brahmanand Stapleton that increased her connection to heart energy & physical connection that one needs when guiding a hatha yoga session.
This offering is presented from a place of need and a place of deep wisdom. Sandy only enjoys sharing that which she feels she has deep insight and connection for.
