I first came to a yoga class because my body hurt. I knew from that very first class that the benefits of this practice went beyond physical. I enlisted my daughter to attend regular classes with me & eventually (life-changing) retreats.
I’ve never regretted a single moment on my yoga mat. There is always something to be drawn from every experience.
I teach a class that I would like to attend. Calm & casual, a celebration of breath & life. I want patrons to connect to themselves, body & soul. My hope is for all to feel grounded, peaceful & safe.
Yoga is for everyone at every stage of our human lives.
When I’m not practicing you might find me baking or cooking, listening to a podcast, cuddling my dogs & cat, or giggling with my daughter/absolute favorite human.
