Hatha Yoga is not painful or awkward. Learn effectively and from compassionate teachers. Pre-registration is highly recommended and is limited. Series does not allow drop ins.

Since our very beginning, our schedule has been designed completely around your needs. We welcome you to explore our current offerings and make suggestions for new session times. We are a drop in facility – and do not need to pre register for a class unless it’s a training, workshop, special event, series or private session.
If you have a “coupon special” from a third party please email us for redemption instructions – we cannot redeem at the studio. Purchases under $50 are cash only.

Hatha Yoga
Focuses on the physical aspects through asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), kriyas, yogic diet and deep relaxation.

Raja Yoga
The Yoga of mastery over the mind. Balance and control of the mind through ethical practices, dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).

Jnana Yoga
The yoga of knowledge – not knowledge in the intellectual sense – but the direct knowing of Oneness with the Universe. Considered the most challenging path.

Kundalini Yoga

Travel Yogi Jasmine!

Oh my lovely Jasmine…..How enriched I am from knowing this wonderful being of light. She embarked on our 200RYT Teacher Training with me and what a star!

Jasmine was seeking lineage teachings (which is 100% what we do here). And there couldn’t be a better student. She was ready for the deep dive lineage trainings offer. Not only was she ready, she excelled. An old soul indeed. I could NOT imagine her not in our group of Kulas.
