Stretch – Breathe – Meditate (4 Week Series) February 21 to March 14
- 6:30 – 7:40pm: Stretch (our normal weekly 6:30 yin class)
- 7:50-8:30pm: Breathe
- 8:30 – 8:50pm: Guided Meditation
Four evenings of Self-care tools and Mind-Body – Spirit connection.
6:30 -7:40: We begin with a Yin class – this class is all on the mat close to the ground. Stretching and opening the body in a way that gives you the power to make as challenging as you like. Your guide will offer specifics positions that will assist in creating space and comfort for breathwork and meditation. Creating a more mobile body simply helps us get around on Earth better as well!
7:50pm: We will learn several yogic breaths. This will allow us to build a powerful breath circle. Homework of the breathing practices are highly recommended!
8:30pm – We will find a comfortable position for guided meditation.
8:50pm: Ends with option to stay longer.
Expect the first session Feb 21 may run an extra 10 mins or so. All sessions are required as they build upon each other. Note: These sessions are not suitable for those with uncontrolled high blood pressure or expecting moms.
