Hatha Yoga is not painful or awkward. Learn effectively and from compassionate teachers. Pre-registration is highly recommended and is limited. Series does not allow drop ins.

Since our very beginning, our schedule has been designed completely around your needs. We welcome you to explore our current offerings and make suggestions for new session times. We are a drop in facility – and do not need to pre register for a class unless it’s a training, workshop, special event, series or private session.
If you have a “coupon special” from a third party please email us for redemption instructions – we cannot redeem at the studio. Purchases under $50 are cash only.

Hatha Yoga
Focuses on the physical aspects through asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), kriyas, yogic diet and deep relaxation.

Raja Yoga
The Yoga of mastery over the mind. Balance and control of the mind through ethical practices, dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).

Jnana Yoga
The yoga of knowledge – not knowledge in the intellectual sense – but the direct knowing of Oneness with the Universe. Considered the most challenging path.

Membership Guidelines

General Membership Guidelines

Once you finalize your purchase you agree to the class pass guidelines as well as the following:

Class Schedule rarely changes, but due to unforeseen circumstances (lack of interest, teacher’s availability) we may have to remove a class from the schedule.

You are entitled to a refund within 72 hours of purchase.
Specials, Series, Events, Special Classes and Workshops are not refundable and all sales are final. Teachers prepay for their rental space and are prepaid as well as create handouts and preparations.
Referral Rewards and Loyalty Rewards are only for active students signed up to our newsletter.
Winter closings, acts of God, worldwide or local pandemics, etc are possible and cannot amend packages due to these types of closings. If businesses close, we close for our and your safety and in accordance with any laws.

GBY has also included freeze options on our month to month unlimited as well as added 3 extra weeks in 10 packs to allow for vacations, sickness, closings. Please be sure to select the appropriate package for your needs. We cannot “manipulate” the package!

You may upgrade your 10 pack/93 day to 10 pack to a 12 month expiry for only $20 as often as you like.
