Since our very beginning, our schedule has been designed completely around your needs. We welcome you to explore our current offerings and make suggestions for new session times. We are “normally” a drop in facility – and do not need to pre register for a class unless it’s a training, workshop, special event, series or private session. However, please read our new temporary rules that begin July 15th, 2020.

The teachings have been passed from guru to disciple in an unbroken chain to the present day and are the mainstay of the teachings of our organization.

The Yoga of mastery over the mind. Balance and control of the mind through ethical practices, dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).
The yoga of knowledge – not knowledge in the intellectual sense – but the direct knowing of Oneness with the Universe. Considered the most challenging path.
