What You WIll Learn:

The impact of touch can be used to soften our edges, to nurture a moment or an invitation to deepen into our vast temple we call the body.
I find in recent years, touch assists are associated with ‘corrective assists”…only. The healing touch has fallen away. Corrective assists should be primarily verbally cued.
In Hatha Yoga (yoga of movement to raise Kundalini) we also use touch to create a better and safer physical alignment with our anatomy, while giving you freedom to enjoy what your body was born to enjoy. But there is more…..
If you need a refresher, missed out on learning heartfelt touch through the hands and body, this program might be for you.
