This 5 Week Series is offered via Home Comfort (zoom). Begin a journey that prepares you for clarity, healthier lungs, and an overall sense of wellness and preparedness for life.
Conscious breathing is a gift. Let’s unwrap the physical body to sit into a more peaceful, anxiety free space.
This series will cover 3 ancient pranayamas (breath practices) and 1 *newer* practice that can be used anytime, anywhere.
Each have their specific purpose. One is for:
- Ease & anxiety reducing
- Natural energy
- Lung cleansing
Each section begins with a little background of the breath (*the whys*), and then the guidance (*the hows*) and ultimately the implantation (*the receiving*). Our last session puts it altogether with a little bit of explanation on how we can change the way we breathe and see life forever.
WHO: Open to all. If you have any nose defects (ex: deviated septum) please let me know as there will be slightly alternative instruction that will be shared.
WHEN: Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm, March 4th – April 1, 2021. (Note: April 1 will be a longer class – approximately 80 minutes)
WHERE: Home Comfort Program. Zoom Code will be on registration calendar.
MISCELLANEOUS: Have tissue paper nearby, dress comfortable, must have video, a comfortable set up for laying down (pillows, blankets, bolsters etc.) for a couple of our practices. Most importantly, there should be quiet on your end (no music, etc.) and no interruptions.
Attendees of this series will be invited to the Level 2 Series where we learn more advanced techniques and incorporate the bandhas effectively.
HOW TO REGISTER: Use our booking calendar on our Schedule Page. Go to the date that it STARTS and sign up from there. You may also email us if you prefer to register via check or at the studio but you must pre-register. If you are new here – it is suggested you pre-register via online to do the intake form.
DEADLINE TO REGSITER: Limit to 15. Booking system will not allow you to book if its full and will offer you a wait list.
