Enjoy Yoga Moderate with the Wisdoms from the Yoga Vedanta! We are all made of vibration and how high we vibe attracts our reality. Same with how LOW we vibe! We all agree that feeling good is better than feeling bad, so lets change our minds about how we think! Our thoughts all have vibrational density that ultimately lands in the body and causes illness. Yoga says, once we master the mind – illness is forever gone and we live in an enlightened stage.

Mastering is hard! But RAISING VIBRATION is doable!

Sharing Yogic Wisdom that will be focusing on Vibrational living during your class of postures, breathwork and relaxation!
