Get lost for a while….or perhaps get found.

This 6 Week Series is offered in person (we also will have a Home Comfort zoom session Fridays to choose from)

Traditional Yogic meditation will be presented. (This is not “guided imagery”) but a guide to your sense of true Self.

Your reason for coming may be:

Our first meet may be a little bit longer as we learn various ways of comfort and provide instructional prep work. It is recommended that you do not arrive with a full stomach as it keeps the body/ mind “busy”.

Each week our energy will synchronize creating a window into deeper places. Please be sure you can attend all sessions. However, we understand things come up!

WHO: Open to all ages 14 on up

WHEN: Tuesdays 8:00-8:45pm, Approx 45 mins. Starts February 2nd for 6 weeks. First class may be a little longer as we learn various ways of comfort.

WHERE: Grounded by Yoga, Bloomfield

TUITION: $48

MISCELLANEOUS: Meditation is probably nearly impossible to grasp onto in one session, please be sure you can attend all sessions.

HOW TO REGISTER: Use our booking calendar on our Schedule PageGo to the date that it STARTS and sign up from there. You may also email us if you prefer to register via check or at the studio but you must pre-register. If you are new here – it is suggested you pre-register via online to do the intake form.

DEADLINE TO REGSITER: You should be fine right up until the week we start.
