An inner healing circle intended to explore your feelings of emotional safety. You may have the need to organize everything chaotic and disorganized. Try being more tolerant and accept imperfections of life. It is better to trust life and let it run its own way, not everything must be according to our expectations.
A healing breath circle is a personal journey of healing, recovery and illumination. Experiencing the collective energy of others, we intimately observe the breath, work our constructs in compassion, fears into love and anxieties into peaceful awareness. It’s a way to relieve stress and uncover limiting beliefs that create pain and suffering.
The breath will lead each individual toward their own unique experience; it will connect you to your body’s innate wisdom. You will leave feeling lighter, more clear, open-hearted, and with a full flowing tank of life-force energy. It can help to change lifetime patterns of pain and suffering, anxiety, depression and addiction. The Circle’s technique empowers the subconscious to awaken and release. We welcome new breathers, no experience necessary!
