Since our very beginning, our schedule has been designed completely around your needs. We welcome you to explore our current offerings and make suggestions for new session times. We are a drop in facility – and do not need to pre register for a class unless it’s a training, workshop, special event, series or private session.

Hatha Yoga

Raja Yoga

Jnana Yoga

If you are reading this, you have probably been to one of my 2 Hour Yin Yoga offerings. And thank you for that….

The past couple of years I have offered this class several times a year at no additional charge. I wanted to see if there was interest as well as it just felt nice to reward such wonderful and loyal members.

With the soon return of our rewards system now providing “thank you’s”…..I have adjusted the 2-Hour Yin Sacred Circle as follows:

If you have a Yogi Life pass……………………………………………………$3 (cash only the evening of event until further notice)
If you have a 3 Month Unlimited pass……………………………….$4 (cash only the evening of event until further notice)
If you have either of the 10-Packs pass……………………………$5 (cash only the evening of the event until further notice)
All Other passes and Drop Ins………………………………………………$30

As I consider the offering of more 2+ hour programs& workshops as I age…… this coming year will help me decide if its a decision that is sustainable and desirable!
