You are more than welcome to take a class or two or as many as you would like to attend!

WHY PRE-REGISTER?1. So we can have enough eats for everyone!2. Well, so our teachers can prepare their self for the group size! Some gave out gifts last year, some gave out handouts, some ordered extra props etc..4. We will limit ALL classes to 35.
5. What if I just drop in? You will PROBABLY be fine for most the classes but cannot promise.

- NEW RULE: Due to the popularity of these class, they tend to fill up quickly. If you register and the class becomes full – it CLOSES the class permanently. Should you decide not to show, we cannot invite you to future free classes (no exceptions). We often have to say no to so many students and appreciate your commitment once you sign up.
- PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES EARLY – We cannot start the class until you come and complete a special intake form for the class.Studio door will be locked for the start of each class. No exceptions.
- AFTERWARDS– we ask you come down to the lower level studio – have a bite to eat and complete a brief Feedback Response form!
What are “Class Levels” ? They pertain to the postural level for the weekend as follows:
All Are Welcome/Open to All: Just as it indicates. Beginners can attend as well as experienced. Those that are experienced are invited to slow down and nurture themselves or add any variations they choose.
Experienced: Students must possess experience in yogic breath as well as principals of alignment and bandha use
Hot Yoga: Fluent in Pranayama and Principal of Alignment. No expecting Moms
Each class will have several assistants to aid in your comfort.

“Relax YourSelf” w/ Melissa
This class involves only the most delicious yoga poses. It includes very gentle stretching as well as relaxing postures that are held for several minutes. The body is invited to release and let go while the mind is encouraged to be quiet and awake. Dim lights, soft music, bolsters, blankets and some surprises will assist you in releasing tension from the body and the mind. Float home and enjoy the rest of your week end in peace.

Start your day right with a yoga class that has a gentle touch. This gentle Yoga class is for the Yogi who prefers or would like to experience some gentle, peaceful asana (postures), to wake up to and provide positive energy for the day. Come join me as we work towards calming and peaceful centering, breathe work, asana, and relaxation. A great start to a Yoga practice for the beginner.

Let your troubles melt away with a heated Vinyasa Flow practice. Connecting movement with breath, I’ll lead you on a journey through centering, sun salutations, standing, balance, seated and resting postures. This practice will clear your mind, invigorate your body, and leave you with a sense of balance. This is a hot yoga class for experienced practitioners only. The room is heated to 88 degrees, so bring a towel, water bottle and be prepared to sweat. Own Mat needed

(A Yin inspired class) A quiet, meditative practice to relax the mind and body as well as stretch the mind and body! Yin Yoga postures promote the healthy flow of prana (energy) in the body through the connective tissue. Postures held for longer periods give the practitioners the opportunity to observe and bring awareness to the breath and sensations in the body. This Yin-Inspired practice is a wonderful compliment after heating up with Kate in Yoga Melt! Great class for flexibility growth
