Free classes will be offered by our student teachers completing their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training requirements.

You are more than welcome to take a class or two or as many as you would like to attend!

1. So we can have enough eats for everyone!
2. Well, so our teachers can prepare their self for the group size! Some gave out gifts last year,  some gave out handouts, some ordered extra props etc..
4. We will limit ALL classes to 30 people. Last time we have over 30 in some classes
5. What if I just drop in? You will PROBABLY be fine for most the classes but cannot promise.

  • IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL – please be kind and remove your registration BEFORE March 8th for any class you are not coming to so that we can make room for someone should their be a waiting list.
  • PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY We cannot start the class until you come and complete a special intake form for the class.Studio door will be locked for the start of each class.
  • AFTERWARDS- we ask you come down to the lower level studio – have a bite to eat and complete a brief Feedback Response form!

What are “Class Levels” ? They pertain to the postural level for the weekend as follows:

All Are Welcome: Just as it indicates. Beginners can attend as well as experienced.  Those that are experienced are invited to slow down and nurture themselves or add any variations they choose.

Experienced: Students must possess experience in yogic breath as well as principals of alignment

Hot Yoga: Fluent in  Pranayama and Principal of Alignment. No expecting Moms

Each class will have several assistants to aid in your comfort and ability 





5:00 – 6:15pm

“Movin’ & Groovin” w/ Jamie

If you like to move and flow this class is for you! Open your heart and enliven your chakras with our Movin & Groovin class. You’ll benefit mind, body and soul as you stretch, strengthen and twist your way through energizing poses. Unite your breath and movement in easy flow. Get mobile, be strong and glide on into your weekend!

Chakra comes from the Sanskrit word for wheel. Bring more harmony to your energetic body. Bring awareness to our chakras with yoga postures and mantras. Starting with the Muladhara (base), working our way to Sahasrara (crown).

You are invited to join in on a journey to reset and recharge your batteries! Through the use of Pranayama (energy control through breath), Asana (seat/posture), and Dharana (mindfulness/concentration) you will begin to feel radiant from the inside out. Through backbends and strengthening postures we will let our inside light shine forth. Hope you can join me! Namaste.

This class is a vinyasa style flow class linking mindful body movement with the breath practiced in a Hot setting of approximately 84 degrees (maybe more!) . Experience a  challenging and dynamic class to cleanse the mind, strengthen and lengthen muscles and open up the body. Leave feeling renewed mentally and physically.
