Why can't I share my membership with family and friends?
I am sorry I cannot.Each individual is set up in the web-based Yoga system under their own account.

Can you extend my expiration date of my membership?
When you buy a membership, that is factored into the percentage of rent owed, advertising budget and
personal budget. It can only be extended if there are extenuating circumstances (job transfer, doctors
orders etc). We offer a very large array of classes - many are extremely gentle as well as pranayama
classes and meditation. Should u have a minor injury - consider expanding your mind and soul in a class
without bodily movement!

I see that you often advertise specials on Facebook and such for "free or discounted
yoga" to those that are non-members....If I become a member, will I never receive a
special price?
Quite the opposite.The biggest discounts are offered right here with the Lotus and Half Lotus program for
MEMBERS ONLY!  You are also eligible for % off spouse/partners/family coming soon.
Yoga to non-members replaces paying for a print ad in the newspaper. THIS way -SOMEONE gets Yoga
out of the deal!

The student you refer must be new to Grounded By Yoga & Wellness.
1-2 classes per week: Reduced stress, modest improvement in flexibility and balance, modest
improvement in breathing,modest postural improvement, better sleep, safe exploration of recent injuries.

3-4 classes per week: All of the above plus significant increase in strength, flexibility and balance,
increased energy, better posture, improved circulation and skin, improved breathing, mood, attention,

5 classes per week: All the above plus great endurance and energy, total body awareness and
reintegration, profoundly enhanced mental clarity, awareness, emotional stability and sense of well-being
